नियमित अभिगमन (regular commuting) किसी व्यक्ति या समूह द्वारा अपने आवास स्थान से अपने कार्य या पढ़ाई के स्थान के बीच में नियमित रूप से आने व जाने की क्रिया को कहते है।[1] अक्सर लोग सुबह के समय अपने घर से गाड़ी, बस या रेल द्वारा चलकर अपने कार्यालय पहुँचते हैं और फिर शाम को कार्य समाप्त होने पर अपने घर लौट जाते हैं। किसी भी बड़े नगर के क्षेत्रीकरण में ऐसे अभिगमन की अवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में लिया जाता है।[2]
