सिसप्लेटिन एक अकार्बनिक यौगिक है जिसका उपयोग विभिन्न प्रकार के कैंसर की चिकित्सा में क्या जाता है। इसमें प्लेटिनम मुख्य धातु है तथा यह किसी प्रकार से डीएनए को प्रभावित करके कोशिकाओं को मार डालता है। इस यौगिक का वर्णन सर्वप्रथम १८४५ में एम पाइरोन ने किया तथा १८९३ में अल्फ्रेड वार्नर ने इसकी संरचना की खोज की।
