सेतु परिपथ (bridge circuit ) या एच-परिपथ एक ऐसा विद्युत परिपथ है जिसमें दो शाखाएँ (जो प्रायः समान्तर होतीं हैं), तथा एक तीसरी शाखा इन दो शाखाओं के बीच 'सेतु' बनाती है।
सेतु परिपथ बहुत उपयोगी सिद्ध हुए हैं। इनके कुछ उपयोग ये हैं- मापन, फिल्टरन तथा शक्ति-परिवर्तन (power conversion) आदि।
