ऑस्ट्रेलिया के आदिवासी समुदायों के कई पुरुष पितृवंश समूह 'के' (K) के वंशज हैं
मनुष्यों की आनुवंशिकी (यानि जॅनॅटिक्स) में पितृवंश समूह के या वाए-डी॰एन॰ए॰ हैपलोग्रुप K एक पितृवंश समूह है। यह पितृवंश स्वयं पितृवंश समूह आईजेके से उत्पन्न हुई एक शाखा है।[1] अंदाज़ा लगाया जाता है के जिस पुरुष से यह पितृवंश शुरू हुआ वह आज से लगभग ४७,००० वर्ष पहले दक्षिण एशिया या पश्चिम एशिया में रहता था।[2] इस पितृवंश समूह के सदस्य ओशिआनिया के द्वीपों पर और ऑस्ट्रेलिया के आदिवासी समुदायों में मिलते हैं। भारतीय उपमहाद्वीप, इण्डोनेशिया और फ़िलीपीन्स के भी आदिवासी समुदायों में भी बहुत कम संख्या में भी इसके वंशज पुरुष मिलते हैं।

अंग्रेज़ी में "वंश समूह" को "हैपलोग्रुप" (haplogroup), "पितृवंश समूह" को "वाए क्रोमोज़ोम हैपलोग्रुप" (Y-chromosome haplogroup) और "मातृवंश समूह" को "एम॰टी॰डी॰एन॰ए॰ हैपलोग्रुप" (mtDNA haplogroup) कहते हैं।
