क़ुल्फ़ी एक अवधी व्यंजन है, जो अब पूरे भारत और पाकिस्तान में मिलती है। इसे कभी-कभी पारम्परिक भारतीय आइसक्रीम भी कहा जाता है।[1][2] पश्चिमी आईस-क्रीम की तुलना में क़ुल्फ़ी ज़्यादा गाढ़ी और मलाईदार होती है, क्योंकि आइसक्रीम को ज़ोर से फैंटकर बनाया जाता है जिससे उसमे हवा मिल जाती है जबकी क़ुल्फ़ी को उबालकर बिना फैंटे ही जमाया जाता है।[1][3] अकसर क़ुल्फ़ी गाय कि बजाय भैंस के दूध की बनाई जाती है क्योंकि यह ज़्यादा गाढ़ा होता है।[3]
