उपासनी महराज का जन्म का नाम काशीनाथ गोविंदराव उपासनी था (मई 15, 1870 – दिसंबर 24, 1941)। उनके शिष्य उन्हें सिद्ध पुरुष मानते थे। शिरड़ी के साईं बाबा से उन्होंने दीक्षा ली थी। महाराष्ट्र के सकोरी में उनका निवास था।[1][2]
