जाँघ (thigh) शरीर में कूल्हे और घुटने के बीच का हिस्सा होता है। यह टांग का ऊपरी भाग होता है। इसमें एक मोटी व शक्तिशाली हड्डी होती है जो फ़ीमर कहलाती है।[1]
