2018-19 रीजनल सुपर-50 रीजनल सुपर-50 का 45 वां संस्करण है, जो वेस्ट इंडीज क्रिकेट बोर्ड (डब्ल्यूआईसीबी) के देशों के लिए घरेलू सीमित ओवर क्रिकेट प्रतियोगिता है। टूर्नामेंट 3 अक्टूबर 2018 को शुरू हुआ।[1][2] टूर्नामेंट के लिए खिलाड़ियों का मसौदा मई 2018 में हुआ था।[3][4] विंडवर्ड द्वीप समूह मौजूदा चैंपियन हैं।[5]


अगस्त 2018 में, संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका की राष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट टीम और कनाडा की राष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट टीम दोनों को प्रतिस्पर्धा करने के लिए आमंत्रित किया गया था।[6] अगले महीने उनकी भागीदारी की पुष्टि हुई थी।[7] वे वेस्ट इंडियन घरेलू क्रिकेट (बारबाडोस, गुयाना, जमैका, लीवार्ड आइलैंड्स, त्रिनिदाद और टोबैगो, और विंडवर्ड आइलैंड्स), संयुक्त कैंपस और कॉलेज टीम और वेस्टइंडीज बी क्रिकेट टीम की छह नियमित टीमों में शामिल हुए थे।[3][8]


6 अक्टूबर 2018 को, क्रिस गेल ने जमैका के लिए अपने अंतिम लिस्ट ए क्रिकेट मैच में एक शतक लगाया, जिसमें जमैका ने 33 रनों से बारबाडोस को हराया।[9][10]
