तेरेस्सा (Teressa) या ताइह-लोंग (Taih-Long) भारत के निकोबार द्वीपसमूह में बोली जाने वाली एक भाषा है जो ऑस्ट्रो-एशियाई भाषाओं की निकोबारी शाखा की सदस्य है।[1] इसके मातृभाषी तेरेस्सा द्वीप पर केन्द्रित हैं।
