निउए (Niue) प्रशांत महासागर के दक्षिणी भाग में स्थित एक द्वीप देश है। यह भौगोलिक व सांस्कृतिक रूप से पोलीनेशिया क्षेत्र का हिस्सा है। यह एक नन्हा राष्ट्र है और इसकी कुल आबादी लगभग १,१०० लोगों की ही है। निउए का न्यू ज़ीलैण्ड के साथ विषेश सम्बन्ध है जिसके अंतर्गत निउए के नागरिकों को न्यू ज़ीलैण्ड की नागरिकता भी मिली हुई है और, इसके फल-स्वरूप लगभग ९०% मूल निउएई लोग अब न्यू ज़ीलैण्ड में बसे हुए हैं।[4]
