ऐलेना फोर्ड (ऐलेना एन फोर्ड-नीर्कोस का जन्म १९६६ में हुआ था), फोर्ड मोटर कंपनी के उत्तराधिकारी शेरोट फोर्ड की बेटी है, वह लंबे समय तक फोर्ड मोटर कंपनी के अध्यक्ष रहने वाले हेनरी फोर्ड द्वितीय की एक पोती हैं और कंपनी के संस्थापक हेनरी फोर्ड की महान-पोती हैं। १ मार्च २०१३ को उन्हें फोर्ड कंपनी का उपाध्यक्ष बन गई, और कंपनी चलाने वाले अठारह अधिकारियों में से उनका एक अधिकारी बन गई।[1] अभी वर्तमान में वह कंपनी के लिए ग्लोबल मार्केटिंग की निदेशक है। दुनिया भर में फोर्ड मोटर कंपनी के विपणन, उत्पाद प्रबंधन और बिक्री समर्थन गतिविधियों के लिए वह बहुत काम करती हैं। वह फोर्ड में एक महत्वपूर्ण स्थान रखने वाले पहली फोर्ड परिवार की महिला सदस्य हैं।[2]

ऐलेना फोर्ड का जन्म १९६६ में, जो कि शेर्लोट फोर्ड और स्टैरवोस नीर्रकोस के घर में हुआ। न्यूयॉर्क विश्वविद्यालय से व्यवसाय में उनकी स्नातक की डिग्री। [3]



करियर


१ मार्च २०१२ को, फोर्ड ने कंपनी के भीतर एक नई वैश्विक इकाई का अधिग्रहण कर लिया। वह डीलरशिप को दुनिया भर के ग्राहकों के साथ इंटरैक्ट करने और वैश्विक डीलर रणनीति, योजना, प्रशिक्षण और उपभोक्ता अनुभव की निगरानी के तरीके के लिए जिम्मेदार है।
